Anne Ridgway

Director - CEO

Anne's key responsibilities include overall business strategy and execution, developing business processes, communication and staffing.

Anne has 20 years experience in financial services in banking, funds management, superannuation and capital markets including 3 years at Mallesons Stephen Jaques and 3 years at Bankers Trust Australia Limited.

Previously Anne had a successful consulting business with a focus on development of new markets, new products and new business paradigms in financial services. Typical projects involve taking financial services businesses into new areas for the first time. Being well versed in the technical issues for a number of areas of financial services is an asset, given the recent spate of regulatory and tax changes.

Paul Dortkamp

Head of Investments
Paul's key responsibilities include manager and service provider selection and monitoring, risk management, performance analysis and reporting.

Paul has been involved in the Australian Securities industry since 1971. Paul's early career in the Securities Markets Department of the Reserve Bank of Australia gave him a wide view of the securities industry in Australia and prepared him for the variety of roles during his career. He has managed all the main asset classes and managed a diverse range of business within large and small organisations.

He has held senior positions in a variety of fund management firms. Since 1997 he has run an independent consultancy business specialising in the investment process and compliance services to investment managers.

He is a founder of the Independent Compliance Committee Members Forum. Paul is an external member of compliance committees and investment committees.

Paul is independent, has a wide background with a high level appreciation of the issues at stake in the securities industry. He has a detailed knowledge of the investment process, combined with an understanding of the practical workings of compliance.

Mark Bennett

Head of Operations

An accountant with financial planning qualifications and 25 year experience in the funds management industry, Mark provides rock-solid capability to the Fundhost administration and operations areas.

He was formerly Head of Business Solutions at Credit Suisse Asset Management where he devised and implemented their e-commerce strategy. Later as Head of Platform Operations he helped set up the wrap products.

Prior to that Mark worked with Microsoft to create an equity capability for the treasury system used by Microsoft.

Mark also worked on the back office systems for E*Trade and before that spent seven years at Perpetual Funds Management.

John Ballhausen

Director

Previously John was Chief Investment Officer of a major insurance group with responsibility for more than $3 billion of funds. The portfolio included fixed interest, equities and property. The $500 million property component included successful commercial, industrial and retail developments as well as residential development joint ventures. John funded direct property holdings as well as structured debt and mezzanine funding arrangements. In 2002 John founded Rimcorp Property Limited and became its Managing Director. In 2008 Rimcorp was successfully sold to Wellington Capital Limited with approximately $100 million in funds under management in four registered property schemes.

John has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Jonathan Hestelow

Head of Fund Administration

Jonathan is responsible for fund administration, including fund accounting, unit pricing and registry.

Jonathan has been involved in financial services for 25 years, working with AMP, Colonial First State and Mariner. Jonathan brings a wealth of experience to Fundhost with experience in a variety of roles such as fund accounting & tax, unit pricing, system administration, statistics and projects. He commenced at Fundhost in May 2008.

Dan Meng

Supervisor, Fund Administration

Dan has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Masters Degree in Funds Management and Professional Accounting. Dan joined Fundhost in 2006.

Matilda Ridgway

Compliance Officer

Matilda has been working with Fundhost for just over five years.

Ernest Ridgway

Fund Administrator

Ernest joined Fundhost in 2007. He is trained in Accounting and Book-keeping and is completeing a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Sydney.

Nathan joined Fundhost in 2007.
