The Nucleus Global Infrastructure Fund is an open ended vehicle which provides investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of global listed utilities and infrastructure securities. The fund's objective is to generate equity like returns, with much less risk than equity related investments. The fund aims to hold 40-50 utilities and infrastructure securities across developed economies such as US, UK, Europe, Canada.

Investments tend to be large market capitalisation (US $ 1- 130bn) monopolies or oligopolies which provide essential, price inelastic services to society such as water, gas, electricity, roads, ports and airports. All currencies are hedged back to the Australian dollar. The manager uses quantitative filters and in-depth company valuation modelling to identify investment opportunities. The process is implemented by an experienced team with more than 30 years of award winning portfolio management experience and a track record of success.

Nucleus is backed by Susquehanna, one of the world's largest private financial institutions with 1500 employees and 13 offices worldwide.
