Complaints
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a complaint. It helps us if you have your investor number handy when you contact us. Our business hours are 9.00am~5.30pm on business days. If you would like to see a copy of our complaints handling policy please contact us and it will be made available to you.
If you have a complaint, it is better it be made in writing although you can call us of course. We will always acknowledge any complaint and respond within 45 days. If you remain unhappy you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service(FOS) ~ they are independent from us.
